In 2026, Business Arena celebrates its 25th anniversary and marks the occasion by launching an updated format. The relaunch of Business Arena Stockholm includes curated, theme-based networking activities designed to ensure that the industry’s key decisionmakers are actively part of the dialogue. We are strengthening the main stage with global perspectives and a clear connection to Swedish business, while also introducing new thematic stages where partners can highlight their priorities and help shape the agenda.

• Networking Activities
  This year, we are placing a strong focus on themed networking activities, including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and enhanced features in our networking app for scheduling meetings. The evening before the event, a major networking dinner will be held at Eric Ericsonhallen, bringing together over 300 senior decision-makers and visiting investors. These exclusive gatherings provide a unique opportunity to meet the right people, engage in focused discussions, and forge valuable connections with both national and international key players.
   

• Main Stage
  On the Main Stage, we will host leading international speakers and top business figures. The program reflects both global and domestic challenges, covering topics such as macroeconomics, geopolitics, democracy, sustainable cities, and the transactions market.
   

• New thematic stages
  Our new thematic stages will showcase how leading players from the public and private sectors are shaping the urban development and real estate agenda. Partners will have the opportunity to highlight their most important issues through curated roundtable discussions, fostering meaningful dialogue and actionable insights.

The City of Stockholm has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Business Arena. The agreement runs for three years and secures the City of Stockholm as a key participant both at the meeting place and in the broader public debate.

Through City of Stockholm’s participation in Business Arena Stockholm, we strengthen the city’s role as an active and driving force in development issues, while also reinforcing Business Arena’s position. City of Stockholm will participate actively with leading representatives from the City Executive Office, specialised municipal administrations, and the city’s municipal real estate companies. They will take part in the official programme, thematic networking activities, and Business Arena’s major networking dinner.
