As a delegate, you’ll always have access to an seminar programme focusing on current issues, trends, and future challenges that are critical to Sweden’s development. The programme takes place across different stages, which you can read more about below.

Our Main Stage, focusing on economics, politics, and business. Here we present our top international speakers and leading business figures. The theme of the Main Stage reflects current global and national challenges and covers areas such as macroeconomics, geopolitics, democracy, sustainable cities, the transaction market, and issues related to Swedish business and industry.

On this stage, we highlight current urban development projects both nationally and internationally. We will hear sessions from municipalities as well as public and private real estate companies. Topics we will focus on at the Urban Development Stage include offices, residential development, architecture, attractive cities, and infrastructure. The venue will also include roundtables for the audience, as a networking activity takes place during lunch.

This stage focuses entirely on the Nordic transaction market. Here, players within the transaction sector meet, both national and international. The stage programme is entirely in English, and some of the contributors are international speakers. It is on the Transaction Stage that we host our closed investor lunch. Topics include retail, offices, community properties, warehousing & logistics, hotels, residential, and financing/capital allocation.

It is at Business Arena that leading players from both the private and public sectors shape the agenda for the urban development industry. This is clearly reflected in the name of our stage, the Focus Stage. Here, we will focus on topics such as offices, leadership, social sustainability, innovation trends, reuse, climate/energy, and property management.

A physically smaller stage with an “on-the-floor” feel, dedicated to top executives in the real estate industry and other key decision-makers. Our aim is to establish Fireside as a stage where only high-profile individuals are interviewed. The conversations are more personal and focused.

At the Debate Stage, we address current topics within real estate and urban development that invite different perspectives and informed discussions. The Debate Stage creates the conditions to move forward on the most important issues, with experts and opinion leaders on site.

The exhibition will be a central meeting place during Business Arena. Here, we place our lounge partners. To create more spontaneous meetings and enable on-site work, we are adding more meeting and workspace stations within the exhibition area. We also position our partner editorial teams (Fastighetsnytt, Byggindustrin, Dagens industri) in the exhibition area. This is also where partners who have chosen visibility through their own lounge programme are located.
