Business Arena Stockholm 2026

Your ticket will be sent to you on the morning of the event, at 7:00 AM on 16 September. You will receive your ticket by email and SMS in the form of a barcode.

When you arrive at Business Arena Stockholm, have your phone ready and scan the barcode at registration. You will then receive your name badge, which should be attached to your badge holder and worn visibly throughout the event.

No, the ticket is personal.

Yes. There is a staffed cloakroom next to the registration area where you can safely leave your belongings.

Go to App Store or Google Play, search for “Business Arena”, and download the app.

Once you have opened the app, tap “Join new event” and enter the code: Stockholm2026.

The Business Arena app brings together all the information and features you need in one place. Here, you can explore the program and speakers, and book Speed Dating meetings with other delegates.

You can also create your own personal schedule by starring the sessions you are most interested in. During the event, you’ll receive notifications to make sure you don’t miss anything.

1. Go to “Networking”.
2. Find a delegate you would like to meet and click “Suggest meeting”.
3. Choose an available time that works for both of you and click “Select time”.
4. Add a personal message in the text box that appears. This can increase the chances of your meeting request being accepted.
5. Click “Send request”.
6. The recipient will be notified in the app and by email and can then choose from three options: Accept, Reschedule or Decline.

All meetings will take place in the BA Speed Dating area in the main exhibition area on Level 4.

Go to “Program” in the app, select a session, and click the bookmark icon in the top-right corner.

The sessions you bookmark will then appear under “My Program”.

Breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee and After Work with snacks and drinks are included in all ticket categories.

If you have pre-registered any allergies or a special diet, you can pick up your lunch at two stations, in the exhibition on the 4th floor.

Breakfast: Cheese sandwich, coffee/tea and water

Morning coffee: Swedish cookies, fruit, coffee/tea and water

Lunch: Two options will be available, served on a first-come, first-served basis.

1. Harissa-marinated chicken with bulgur, grilled aubergine, courgette, roasted cauliflower and cherry tomatoes.
2. Hot-smoked salmon with potatoes, fresh herbs, cucumber, capers, spring onions, radishes and dill cream.

Afternoon coffee: Mini Princess cake, coffee/tea and water

After Work – Part 1:

• Västerbotten cheese tart with herb cream cheese and air-dried ham
• Manchego on sunflower bread with honey-fried pear
• Mini brioche with shrimp salad, black beans and chilli-roasted corn
• Crostini with coppa, roasted celeriac cream and roasted onion

Drinks: White wine, red wine, beer and non-alcoholic options.

After Work – Part 2:

• Brioche with pulled chicken

Drinks: White wine, red wine, beer and non-alcoholic options.

Yes. The day after the event, all delegates will receive an email with a collection of photos from the event.
