As a participant, you will have access to a comprehensive seminar programme focusing on current issues, key trends, and future-oriented topics that are critical to Sweden’s development. The programme takes place across several stages, which you can read more about below.

Our main stage, focusing on the economy, politics, and business. Here, we present our leading international speakers and prominent business leaders. 

The theme of the Main Stage reflects current global and national challenges, covering areas such as macroeconomics, geopolitics, democracy, sustainable cities, the transaction market, and issues related to Swedish industry and business.

On this stage, we highlight current urban development projects both nationally and internationally. We will hear presentations from municipalities as well as public and private real estate companies. The topics we will focus on at the Urban Development Stage include offices, residential development, architecture, attractive cities, infrastructure, climate/energy, and social sustainability.

A smaller, more intimate stage with a floor-level, on-the-ground feel, dedicated to senior executives in the real estate industry and other highly relevant decision-makers. Our ambition is to establish Fireside as a stage where only key figures are interviewed, building a strong reputation for exclusivity and relevance. The conversations are more personal and focused, offering opportunities for audience interaction.

This stage is fully dedicated to the Nordic transaction market. Here, stakeholders from the transaction sector meet, both domestic and international.
The stage program is conducted entirely in English, and several of the speakers are international. The Transaction Stage is also where we host our closed investor lunch for specially invited participants, featuring a dedicated stage program.
The topics we will focus on include residential, office, public sector real estate, and industrial/warehouse/logistics properties..

The exhibition will serve as a central meeting hub during Business Arena. Here, we will host our lounge partners and feature an open stage called Fireside. To encourage more spontaneous meetings and enable on-site work, we are introducing additional meeting and workspace stations within the exhibition area. We will also position our partner editorial teams (Fastighetsnytt, Byggindustrin, and Dagens industri) in the exhibition space.
