Practical Information for Partners
Welcome as a partner to Business Arena Syd 2026!

Build-up
On Monday, June 1, between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, you will have access to the exhibition area at Quality Hotel View to set up your lounge. The Business Arena team will be on site to welcome you. Please note that construction must be completed on June 1. If you require additional build time beyond 7:00 PM, please contact Anette Udd. Installation is not permitted on the morning of June 2.
Exhibition space
- Lounge area according to agreement. Please contact us if you are missing dimensions. The final deadline for submitting your design for approval is May 4.
- Electrical outlet: 240V / 10A
- WiFi: Qualityguest – no password required

Walls and flooring must be restored to their original condition. Cleaning of the lounge is not included.
If you require assistance with stand design or wish to place orders such as furniture, lighting, or TV screens, this is most easily done via our ordering portal. The deadline for orders at the lowest price level is May 11.

Quality Hotel View can receive deliveries no earlier than Monday, June 1.

Dimensions: Door opening is 115 cm wide and 260 cm high.
Lift dimensions: Door opening is 130 cm wide and 210 cm high. The lift depth is 225 cm.
Parking garage
Underground parking is available with entrance from the parking facility at Arenagatan 10 (ceiling height 2 m). All parking is paid via apps such as EasyPark or Parkster.
Visiting address for the congress

Return of goods
Pick-up must take place after the event concludes on June 2.
Will take place from 5:00 PM on the day of the congress. It is not permitted to bring in empty packaging, dismantle, or remove products from the stand during the event.
Registration
Registration is open on June 2 between 07:30 AM and 4:00 PM. You will find it just inside the entrance doors at Quality Hotel View. You will receive a name badge, which must be worn visibly throughout the congress.
Lounge staffing
We kindly ask you to staff your lounge between 08:00 AM and 5:00 PM, especially during breaks.
Food & beverage
- Coffee break refreshments will be served in the exhibition area.
- Between 08:00–09:00, coffee and sandwiches will be served in connection with registration.
- A seated lunch will be served at The Social Bar & Bistro on the entrance floor. Coffee will be served in the exhibition area after lunch.
- As a partner, you have the opportunity to share information through your channels about your participation in the event.
- Linked is a kit containing a selection of images that may be used freely in your channels. Please use #businessarena.
