Practical Information for Partners
Welcome as partner to Business Arena Finland 2026!

Set up - Date & Time/Hours
- On Wednesday, February 11th, starting at 10.30 AM, you will have access to the exhibition area at Messukeskus Siipi Conference Centre, in order to start setting up. Staff from Business Arena will be on site to welcome you.
- End time for the set up on February 11th is at 8.30 PM.
Kindly note that no set up is allowed in the morning February 12th. The set up of your exhibition lounge area shall be fully completed on February 11th.
During set up and set down, name badges or tickets are not required.
Exhibition area
- Lounge area – according to agreed size.
- Electricity 16A/230W
- Wifi: “Messukeskus” No password is required.
- Cleaning of your exhibition booth is not included. Messukeskus will clean the public areas. Do you wish to order cleaning in your exhibition booth, kindly contact Messukeskus Conference Service.
- Activities in the booth, such as loud noise, are allowed within reasonable levels. For neighbouring exhibitors, such activities should be coordinated with us in advance.
- All material used in the exhibition shall be non flammable.
The size of the lounge area is per agreement in your contract. Please contact us if you wish to have the exact measurements.
This area is not allowed to be exceeded for safety reasons!
Exhibition contractor
- If you need assistance with your lounge area, such as designing it, decor, furniture or technical equipment, we would like to recommend Messukeskus Expo service.
- Orders must be confirmed in advance, no later than January 11th.

Catering service
- Catering requests for lounges, such as drinks/snacks, coffee machine or any other request.
- Orders latest 2 weeks before event.

Set up - Date & Time/Hours

On Wednesday, February 11th, we will set up your round table at Messukeskus Siipi Conference Centre.

It is possible to come and have a look at the exhibition and bring some smaller give-aways, sweets or brochures, but it is not mandatory to visit the day before the event since we will set up everything for you.

During set up and set down, name badges or tickets are not required.
Exhibition area
- Round table 90 cm with 4 chairs, see image.
- Print on table with preferred design.
- Sign with your company logotype 2 m x 50 cm.
- TV-screen 65” with mediaplayer.
- Total area 2 x 2 meter
Please note that there is no space for additional visibility such as backdrops or rollups. - Electricity 10A

Instructions & deadline for designing prints
- Please send the originals for the print on the table and your logotype for the big sign above the table to Messukeskus.
- The deadline for material is January 11th.
- If less than 30 days, submit immediately to: graphics@messukeskus.com
- For files larger than 20 MB, please use WeTransfer: https://messukeskus.wetransfer.com/

- Size: 2000 x 500 mm
- Bleeds: +10 mm

Table Taping
- Size: Ø 895 mm

- Please include the cut line in the final print material, with spot color and overprint.
General requirements for both:
- Colors: CMYK. Color profile: Coated Fogra 39.
- Print ready PDF
- Image resolution in 1:1 size 72-150 dpi
- Convert text to outlines

Shipment and deliveries before the event
- For deliveries arriving before the set up date February 11th, exhibitors need to order a delivery service from NIEMI Event Services to receive the delivery.
- This service is subject to charge, and must be ordered in advance.
- No deliveries can be sent to, accepted or stored at Messukeskus.
- Deliveries shall be marked with reference: Company name + Contact person + telephone number + Business Arena.

Shipment and deliveries on February 11th (event set up day)
- Deliveries on February 11th can be sent to Messukeskus.
- Not so heavy material that can be carried, can be delivered and brought through the SIIPI entrance.
- NOTE! Exhibitors need to be on site themselves at Messukeskus to sign for and receive the delivery, and bring the material to the exhibition area themselves.

You may start dismantling your lounge area at 5.30 PM on Thursday, February 12th.

We do not allow dismantling the lounge earlier since there will be a cocktail reception in the exhibition hall!

All material has to be removed after the congress, unless otherwise agreed with Messukeskus.

The exhibition area needs to be completely empty at 9.00 PM.

If you wish to order pick up of your material, it is allowed between 5.30-9.00 PM on February 12th.

The material needs to be brought through the SIIPI entrance.

Exhibitors need to be on site themselves at Messukeskus to meet the delivery company they have ordered, and make sure their material is picked up.

For material that is NOT picked up on February 12th before 9.00 PM, you need to arrange for storage overnight for a later pick up.
