Swetha Shamsundar has driven the uplift of platform resilience, cloud‑first architectures, and modern engineering practices across web, mobile app, API and identity domains. She has overseen 50+ concurrent digital initiatives, accelerated CI/CD and automation maturity, and steered complex post‑demerger engineering separation, including retiring 30+ legacy systems with zero downtime.
She also serves as the co‑chair of TalkTalk’s Women in Tech community, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping an inclusive culture.
